About the role

  • Conduct credit analyses of Middle Market to Corporate+ companies, considering financial and corporate structure and sector-specific risks;
  • Prepare technical credit opinions and defend recommendations before the Credit Committee with a well-supported rationale;
  • Monitor borrowers with higher exposure or risk, proposing preventive actions and mitigation strategies;
  • Review analyses produced by junior and mid-level analysts, within the decision-making authority of the role;
  • Participate in meetings with clients and the commercial team to deepen understanding of risk;
  • Track news, market indicators and developments that may impact the portfolio, suggesting adjustments when necessary;
  • Contribute to the team's technical and behavioral development through mentoring and sharing best practices;
  • Assess the impact of accounting standards on credit analysis;
  • Propose improvements to processes, tools, policies and analytical models to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields;
  • Strong experience in balance sheet analysis and interpretation of financial statements;
  • Experience in credit analysis, especially focused on corporate clients (legal entities), working with varying profiles and levels of complexity;
  • Intermediate English, with good reading and document interpretation skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data manipulation and analysis.
