About the role
- Manage claim expectations and complaints received by the Company, operating within established authority limits;
- Keep incident/claim statuses and progress up to date;
- Work to achieve reconciliation between the Insured and the Guaranteed party, leading to closure of the expectation or claim;
- Ensure compliance with regulatory deadlines for claim provisioning and settlement;
- Support other company departments by providing information on registered expectations and claims;
Requirements
- Law degree;
- Experience handling rental guarantee claims;
- Practical experience with rental guarantee products;
