About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver engaging, innovative, and effective training sessions to apprentices in Business Admin, Customer Services and Recruitment apprenticeships.
- Facilitate inspiring induction programmes that set learners up for success.
- Plan and deliver creative schemes of work that meet apprenticeship standards and occupational requirements.
- Deliver/support with English and Maths Functional Skills qualifications up to Level 2.
- Create an inclusive and motivating learning environment that encourages participation and achievement.
- Manage apprentices' Individual Learning Programmes (ILPs) and closely monitor learner progress.
- Conduct initial assessments and use outcomes to set appropriate yet challenging targets.
- Assess occupational qualifications and apprenticeship portfolios against awarding body requirements.
- Provide regular, constructive, and developmental feedback that supports learner progression.
- Conduct meaningful progress reviews, documenting achievements and identifying development opportunities.
- Carry out timely workplace visits and one-to-one coaching sessions to support apprentice progress and achievement.
- Promote excellent attendance, retention, and achievement rates.
