Recruitment Officer – Traineeships

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Actively recruiting students through outreach, networking, and marketing activities
- Building strong relationships with local agencies, schools, and other referral sources
- Promoting Juniper pathways and Apprenticeships through career events, recruitment fairs, and pop-up shops
- Using social media to raise Juniper's profile and attract students
- Interviewing potential students and completing accurate paperwork
- Identifying support needs and creating initial support plans to ensure students thrive
- Ensuring our Telford centre meets its student recruitment targets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of Level 2 English and Maths
- Experience in outreach, sales, marketing, or recruitment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
