General Counsel

• Develop, update and maintain privacy and data protection documentation (e.g. templates, privacy negotiation playbook, Transfer Impact Assessments, Data Subject request procedures)
• Serve as the subject matter expert and point of escalation for customer and vendor privacy and data protection-related contract negotiations and questions.
• Handle general contract inquiries and assist business development/sales teams with general questions regarding contract language, acceptable revisions, etc.
• Review and negotiate contracts requested by internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure that contract activities are in full compliance with Juniper Square requirements.
• Partner with the Procurement Department to lead legal review for SaaS and AI vendors.
• Coordinate with outside counsel for on-going privacy projects.
• Enter, update, and report on data in our contract management tools.
• This role will regularly interact with senior-level procurement leaders, executives, and subject matter experts where business decisions impact legal risks.
• Assist with contract processes in general, including form and playbook development, procedure and policy training, and support of our contract management workflows.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Product Designer

• Partner with product managers to build an understanding of customer problems and business goals, brainstorm solutions, and craft high-impact product roadmaps.
• Drive your projects from end-to-end with a high degree of ownership and autonomy, taking responsibility for the user experience of the Private Credit platform.
• Translate intricate financial workflows, such as loan servicing and interest accrual, into elegant, data-rich user experiences across all levels of fidelity.
• Conduct research and interpret product analytics to unlock insights about our customers’ unique challenges and measure the impact of your designs.
• Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are shipped efficiently, maintaining high visual polish while adhering to mobile responsiveness and accessibility standards.
• Regularly collaborate with your peers on the design team to give and receive feedback, up-leveling the collective craft of the organization.
• Continuously improve and expand our design system, advocating for consistency and pattern reuse across the product suite.

Accounting Manager

• Assist in implementing Core Accounting functionality on our General Ledger under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Collaborate on Projects: Contribute to small to large projects within the Product Team, providing technical input and executing assigned tasks effectively.
• Project Kickoffs and Specifications: Participate in project kickoffs and help translate project requirements into technical specifications for implementation alongside senior team members.
• Data Model Design: Assist in defining and expanding data models, including database schema and object models in the data access layer specific to the product.
• Business Logic Implementation: Implement required business logic in the service layer, ensuring alignment with project requirements and best practices.
• API Development: Help define and implement GraphQL API endpoints, collaborating with other engineers to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Frontend Development: Work with React to enhance and maintain the user interface, ensuring a responsive and user-friendly experience.
• Testing and Code Reviews: Write integration and unit tests for your code to ensure reliability and performance. Participate in code reviews for colleagues, providing constructive feedback to maintain code quality.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support for stakeholder groups such as customer success teams, addressing their technical inquiries and assisting in troubleshooting issues.
• Production Issue Management: Participate in monitoring, diagnosing, and addressing production issues. Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex problems and ensure system stability.
