• Craft, evaluate, negotiate and execute a wide variety of contracts covering a range of transactions
• Create and maintain relationships with suppliers and serve as the singular point of contact for contract matters
• Maintain records for correspondence and documentation relating to established and in-progress contracts
• Communicate and present contract-related information to stakeholders
• Monitor contracts and proceed with close-out, extension or renewal in the company’s best interests
• Resolve contract-related problems with external parties and internally within the company
