Backend Engineer

• Analyze requirements & create performant, scalable, fault-tolerant software.
• As an individual contributor, write and test code to ensure compatibility and stability refine and rewrite the code as necessary.
• Take responsibility for large technical deliverables and execute in an exemplary way.
• Mentor and guide team members on everything from structured problem-solving to the development best practices.
• Work closely with engineering managers, UX designers & other developers.
• Expand existing software to meet the changing needs of business.

SDE 1/2, Golang

DevOps Engineer

• Implement and maintain our robust, multi-account AWS infrastructure, ensuring strict adherence to least-privilege principles and established policies like Service Control Policies (SCPs)
• Design, maintain, and operate our continuous delivery ecosystem, including Jenkins, ArgoCD, and Git
• Develop reusable and robust automation scripts using Python
• Implement, maintain, and contribute to the design of a unified observability platform leveraging OpenTelemetry (OTEL)
• Ensure adherence to and execution of the Infra SDLC and GitOps process
• Implement and maintain operational and security maturity features
• Participate in On-Call rotations and ensure quick turnaround on critical production issues
• Manage and maintain various databases, including Redis, MongoDB, Cassandra, PostgreSQL, and Kafka
• Collaborate proactively with inter- and intra-team members
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

DevOps Engineer II/III

Data Scientist

• Design, develop, and optimise deep learning models for real-world business problems
• Build and fine-tune NLP models using transformers (BERT family models, Llama, GPT, T5, etc.)
• Work on tasks such as text classification, information extraction, semantic search, summarization and recommendation
• Conduct model experimentation, evaluation, and hyperparameter tuning
