About the role

  • Active sales of the JUNG product portfolio, from the power outlet to smart home and building control systems
  • Proactive support of electrical contractors, electrical wholesale, engineering offices, architects and housing sector companies in the region (Brandenburg – Rathenow – Magdeburg – Dessau)
  • Acquisition and project support for construction projects during planning and development, aiming to secure contracts that achieve the best possible revenue and profitability
  • Independent pursuit and achievement of sales targets
  • Close coordination and collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager and the East sales team
  • Intensive maintenance and expansion of the customer network while ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Presentation of our product range and customer solutions
  • Organization, support and attendance at events, e.g., trade fairs, customer events, demo days
  • Documentation and maintenance of the CRM system

Requirements

  • Successfully completed vocational training, ideally in electrical wholesale or electrical engineering – alternatively, several years of sales experience in building equipment, building services, electrical installation or lighting
  • Proven sales experience and a strong sense for customer needs
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others
  • Technical understanding combined with strong commercial negotiation skills
  • A motivated, persuasive personality with a professional and confident demeanour
  • Confident use of MS Office and common digital tools and media
