• Identify and source qualified candidates by promoting internal referrals, posting on online job boards, and recruiting on social platforms
• Utilize creative sourcing techniques to find passive candidates to build a robust candidate pipeline
• Develop a strong pipeline of candidates for our most essential roles in sales, operations, product, technology and other departments
• Create, organize, and manage candidate databases in our applicant tracking system
• Lead candidate screening across multiple departments and coordinate interview schedules
• Build and maintain partnerships with organizations in the industry
• Promote diversity & inclusion initiatives and outreach efforts
• Work hand-in-hand with hiring managers and senior management team

Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Identify and develop strategic partnerships with premium online publishers
• Prospect, build, pitch, and close new business that drives long-term value for both partners and Jun Group
• Own the full sales cycle—from sourcing and pitching to negotiating and signing new publisher deals
• Manage the onboarding process and serve as a strategic partner throughout ongoing partnerships
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Operations, Marketing, etc.) to ensure successful integrations and partner success
• Represent Jun Group at industry events, conferences, and meetings with publisher partners
• Monitor the evolving ad tech landscape and actively track emerging industry trends to anticipate shifts and spot opportunities
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to inform go-to-market strategy, product development and enhancements
