Execute full-funnel paid media campaigns across Google Search, Bing, and paid social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook) with a focus on lead generation and pipeline acceleration
Manage campaign setup, QA, tagging, audience targeting, ad copy, and creative trafficking
Regularly optimize campaigns based on performance—adjusting budgets, bids, copy, and targeting as needed
Pull and analyze reports across platforms to track KPIs (CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and identify trends and opportunities
Collaborate closely with regional marketing teams to tailor campaigns to regional and audience needs
Partner with the global paid media team to ensure consistency in structure, insights, and best practices
Assist in budget tracking and ensure spend aligns to plan
Support A/B testing across creative, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates
Maintain up-to-date campaign documentation, trackers, and dashboards
Contribute to continuous improvement across processes, reporting, and knowledge sharing
Requirements
1–3 years of hands-on experience in paid media campaign execution, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
Proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and at least one paid social platform (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution models, and conversion tracking (e.g., Google Analytics, UTMs)
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and take action
High attention to detail with strong QA skills across campaign elements (copy, tracking, targeting)
Experience with tools like Google Tag Manager, Looker, Google Sheets/Excel, or similar
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; able to work across time zones
Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile work environment
