About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze and map existing business processes, identify pain points, and propose and implement improvements.
Respond to support tickets and user inquiries promptly, troubleshoot system and process issues, and escalate complex problems as needed.
Take ownership of Salesforce configuration, including data models, permissions, layouts, workflows, and validation rules, to meet business needs.
Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends and insights, build reports and dashboards, and ensure data integrity.
Perform thorough acceptance testing of new system features and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and processes.
Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI to automate repetitive analysis, streamline documentation workflows, and uncover deeper data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
Work on and manage small and medium-sized projects, and contribute to larger projects with significant peer and manager support.
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, gather, document and analyze business requirements, and provide training and documentation to end-users.

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong focus on Salesforce.
Proven experience in a SaaS or technology company.
Deep understanding of enterprise business system capabilities, especially Salesforce and related GTM tools.
Expertise in Salesforce configuration, including data models, permissions, layouts, workflows, and validation rules. Salesforce Administrator Certified.
Proficiency in SOQL and SQL, with the ability to analyze data, join tables, and identify discrepancies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in asynchronous work environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for process mapping and improvement.
