About the role

  • Lead design conversations and propose specifications for components, interfaces, and services that span multiple systems.
  • Take on a Tech or Feature Lead role for projects involving multiple enterprise systems or complex integrations.
  • Find innovative solutions to complex system problems, such as high-volume data migration or synchronization.
  • Champion quality throughout the team by unit testing comprehensively across internal systems.
  • Employ AI-powered tools to boost development velocity by generating and optimizing code.
  • Take an ownership stake in the work of your entire team by creating automated tasks, writing runbooks, and ensuring data quality.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and declarative automation tools.
  • A strong grasp of multiple systems in our landscape (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, MuleSoft) and their interdependencies.
  • Proven ability to design for scalability and long-term maintainability of integration layers and system architecture.
  • Experience leading the debugging of complex, unexpected cross-system behaviors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for a global, asynchronous team.
  • An ownership mindset, with a proactive approach to finding and solving problems.
