About the role
- Lead as the day-to-day subject matter expert (SME) for clients
- Provide strategic recommendations, analysis, and reporting
- Target customers and create compelling ads with the creative team
- Execute paid digital media campaigns on networks like Google, Bing, etc.
- Assist in developing media strategy and building paid media plans
- Leverage data dashboards for reporting campaign performance to clients
- Analyze performance data and provide synthesis and action plans
- Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance
- Communicate with clients on all elements of the campaign
- Prepare reports and present results to clients and management
- Maintain knowledge of best practices in advertising networks
- Develop marketing strategies using a data-driven approach
- Build effective relationships with clients
- Gather data on consumer, competitor, and market conditions
Requirements
- 5+ years of performance marketing experience required, specifically an emphasis on paid search
- Experience in scaling/increasing campaign spends while maintaining or improving KPIs
- Ability to problem-solve and structure complex projects/plans with multiple stakeholders and deliverables
- Ability to communicate effectively to all employee levels while understanding both the day to day and big picture
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively
