About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting processes
  • Prepare and analyze management reports, variance analyses, and executive dashboards
  • Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and long-range planning
  • Partner with Accounting during month-end close to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial results
  • Improve financial processes, reporting tools, and forecasting methodologies
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls and financial policies
  • Present financial results, insights, and recommendations to functional stakeholders and leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 5–8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or FP&A
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with financial systems and BI tools preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
