About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting processes
- Prepare and analyze management reports, variance analyses, and executive dashboards
- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and long-range planning
- Partner with Accounting during month-end close to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial results
- Improve financial processes, reporting tools, and forecasting methodologies
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls and financial policies
- Present financial results, insights, and recommendations to functional stakeholders and leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 5–8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or FP&A
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with financial systems and BI tools preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
