About the role
- Lead customer onboarding from initial introduction to successful integration of Jumio solutions
- Provide premium support to selected clients via Slack, resolve incidents, and implement rapid bug fixes
- Collaborate with support, engineering, production, and QA teams to manage internal projects and deliver customer solutions
- Assist clients with integration requirements using web or mobile development expertise and resolve technical issues
- Communicate and present technical concepts to technical and business audiences
- Oversee integration projects, track progress, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred; equivalent technical experience considered
- Previous experience in web development or mobile development is highly desirable
- Programming proficiency in at least two of: JavaScript, Node.js, Kotlin, Java, Objective-C, Swift for iOS
- Strong technical background or similar experience in previous roles
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proven project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
