About the role

  • Lead customer onboarding from initial introduction to successful integration of Jumio solutions
  • Provide premium support to selected clients via Slack, resolve incidents, and implement rapid bug fixes
  • Collaborate with support, engineering, production, and QA teams to manage internal projects and deliver customer solutions
  • Assist clients with integration requirements using web or mobile development expertise and resolve technical issues
  • Communicate and present technical concepts to technical and business audiences
  • Oversee integration projects, track progress, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred; equivalent technical experience considered
  • Previous experience in web development or mobile development is highly desirable
  • Programming proficiency in at least two of: JavaScript, Node.js, Kotlin, Java, Objective-C, Swift for iOS
  • Strong technical background or similar experience in previous roles
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proven project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
