Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and GTM Operations leaders to support strategic planning and day-to-day financial decision-making
Lead GTM financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
Develop, analyze, and maintain financial models related to pipeline, capacity, headcount, investment tradeoffs, and strategic initiatives
Analyze and report on GTM performance and key metrics, providing clear insights and recommendations
Work closely with GTM operations teams to create, interpret, and automate financial and operational reporting
Support the revenue organization by evaluating customer deals from a financial perspective
Prepare executive-level analyses and materials to support leadership discussions and decision-making.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in finance roles such as FP&A, strategic finance, or related functions
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with experience supporting complex, cross-functional business decisions
Experience working with financial planning systems, ERP platforms, and BI and CRM tools
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and synthesize insights into clear, actionable recommendations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
