About the role

  • Targeted development and management of German and international e‑commerce sales partners and marketplaces.
  • Monitoring marketplace performance and preparing KPI reports to support data‑driven decisions.
  • Designing, managing and controlling national and international online marketing campaigns.
  • Development and management of our international content production for all major European markets.
  • Selection of the product assortment offered, as well as quantity and revenue planning.
  • Continuous analysis of the market environment, customers and competitors.
  • Coordination of processes between purchasing, sales and logistics.
  • Identification and development of additional sales opportunities domestically and internationally.

Requirements

  • Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, marketing, e‑commerce or a comparable field.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in e‑commerce or online marketplace management (experience in fashion, lifestyle or jewelry is an advantage).
  • Knowledge of Tradebyte and/or ChannelAdvisor is a definite plus.
  • Analytical and structured working style with a focus on KPIs and results.
  • A strong commitment to continuous improvement and increasing process efficiency.
  • Comfortable taking on responsibility.
  • You view multiple deadlines, intensive teamwork and the rapid development of our young company as an exciting challenge.
  • Confident command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
