About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Achieve individual revenue targets by selling renewals, products, and services while identifying upsell opportunities
  • Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of existing clients within an assigned territory
  • Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts
  • Develop strong product and technical knowledge to assess customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Proactively promote products and services to drive customer retention and expansion
  • Guide customers through onboarding and encourage long-term product adoption
  • Use data insights to identify at-risk accounts and growth opportunities
  • Address customer concerns and remove obstacles impacting satisfaction and usage
  • Handle objections effectively to retain customers and secure new business
  • Manage a high volume of phone and email interactions daily
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Native or near-native level in Dutch, with fluency in English (minimum B2 level)
  • Proven experience achieving individual or team sales targets
  • Strong communication skills in fast-paced, customer-focused environments
  • Ability to quickly learn and leverage new tools, technology, and data
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Confidence in cold calling and engaging new customers.
