About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage high volume inbound and outbound B2B sales activities across all stages of the sales funnel
- Engage prospects daily via video calls, phone, email and social media outreach (video meetings are the core responsibility)
- Identify and approach alternative decision-makers using various tool and lead generation methods
- Build, manage and maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline
- Qualify leads and hand over high-quality opportunities to the onboarding team to continue the sales process
- Track and report on daily, monthly and quarterly KPIs in line with sales targets
- Ensure adherence to response time SLAs and defined sales cadences
- Accurately document all interactions and activities in the CRM system.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native / fluent in Dutch with good command in English (minimum B2 level)
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation or business development
- Experience in tech or digital advertising environment is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of sales funnel, lead qualification and outreach strategies
- Confident conducting client-facing video calls on a daily basis
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in performance-driven and target-oriented roles
- Digital advertising knowledge is considered an advantage.
