About the role
- Operational coordination and management of all departments
- Performing Manager-on-Duty shifts
- Ensuring communication and information flow with internal and external interfaces
- Supporting and challenging the team to achieve high performance
- Optimizing and monitoring workflows within the departments
- Training, motivating and developing employees
- Guest relations and advisory services
- Acting as a role model and providing hands-on support
- Inventory counts and stock management
- Ensuring and improving hygiene, order, safety and JUFA quality standards
- Developing the offering in collaboration with the management
- Point of contact for personnel/HR matters
Requirements
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Hands-on mentality
- Strong organizational skills
- High sense of responsibility and quality awareness
- Very good German and English language skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive attitude
- Flexibility and creativity
- Several years of professional experience in hospitality or gastronomy, preferably in F&B — we are also happy to offer young professionals opportunities for development
- Business administration knowledge and an analytical approach are an advantage
