About the role
- We are expanding our dynamic and friendly Technology, Innovation & Change team here at Judge & Priestley.
- As the firm grows, we want to make sure our colleagues get the most out of the tools they use every day, whether that is Microsoft 365, our service desk, or other business systems.
- We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Digital Learning Specialist to take ownership of how we document and share knowledge.
- You will create clear, practical guides, publish helpful articles in our Help portal, and deliver engaging training sessions to colleagues.
- From “how do I use Outlook more effectively?” to “what’s new in Teams?”, you will be the person who makes technology simple, useful, and less intimidating.
- This role will be ideal for an articulate and strong communicator who loves the responsibility of shaping how IT knowledge is shared across the organisation.
Requirements
- **Experience:**
- ** **
- - Experience in technical writing or IT training (ideally both)
- - Ability to explain complex topics in a simple, engaging way.
- - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- - Confidence speaking to groups and running live training.
- - A structured, organised approach with attention to detail.
- - Background in professional services or law firms - Desirable
- - Interest in adult learning methods and making training engaging - Desirable

- **Knowledge:**
- ** **
- - Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint).
- - Familiarity with Apple iOS devices.
- - Experience managing a knowledge base or ITSM knowledge module (e.g. Freshservice, ServiceNow) - Desirable
- - Familiarity with Windows 10/11 desktops.
- - Familiarity with e-learning tools or video creation for training - Desirable
