About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Further develop the company-wide digital strategy into concrete, scalable solutions
  • Create a robust "digital backbone" to support future growth
  • Take responsibility for advancing the enterprise and platform architecture
  • Manage digital transformation projects end-to-end and integrate them into business processes
  • Work closely with stakeholders across Operations, Delivery, Finance and Management
  • Lead an interdisciplinary digital team, provide direction and continuously develop the team
  • Oversee budget, priorities and governance while ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Identify new technologies, automation opportunities and meaningful applications of AI.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience in a leadership role in Digital, IT, Platforms or Transformation
  • Familiarity with complex digital landscapes, enterprise structures and scalable platform models
  • Ideally experience with transformation projects in dynamic SME or scale-up environments
  • Ability to think strategically while making pragmatic decisions
  • Communicate technical topics clearly to business stakeholders and management
  • Structured, solution-oriented working style with the ability to maintain an overview across parallel initiatives
  • Hands-on mentality, self-initiative and a desire to shape and build
  • Fluent in German and English when collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
