About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and deliver field force training programs aligned with business priorities, sales strategies, and capability development needs.
  • Partner with the Field Force Capability Manager, Sales Leaders, and People & Culture teams to identify learning gaps and create development plans for field employees.
  • Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and implement learning solutions that improve sales performance and field execution.
  • Track training effectiveness, coaching activities, and KPI improvements to ensure successful knowledge transfer and capability enhancement.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Route-to-Market (RTM), and Field Marketing teams on projects that improve operational efficiency, route management, and sales productivity.
  • Support digitalization initiatives through the creation, implementation, and promotion of digital tools, learning content, and process automation solutions.
  • Facilitate both classroom and virtual training sessions while providing ongoing coaching support to field teams.
  • Assess field force competencies, identify development opportunities, and support managers in creating individual development plans.
  • Partner with Sales Management and People & Culture teams to cascade communication, projects, and organizational initiatives to field employees.
  • Maintain proper documentation, project records, and administrative requirements while supporting various business projects as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Learning & Development, or any related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a specialist or supervisory role within Sales, Learning & Development, Sales Training, or Capability Development, preferably in an FMCG environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, training needs analysis, learning program development, and sales force capability building.
  • Experience facilitating training programs in both classroom and virtual environments.
  • Excellent presentation, stakeholder management, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and time management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data reporting tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Highly collaborative, field-oriented, and focused on continuous improvement and development.
