About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support JTI markets in Western Europe with data-driven decision-making strategy
- Design, implementation, and evolution of data-related solutions
- Maximize the value of data through a combination of business acumen, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving expertise
- Develop and implement a data strategy and define data solutions for informed decision-making in Western Europe
- Collaborate with markets in the region to collect/identify a demand and design a solution to address it
- Conduct fit-gap analyses in data sources, models, and platforms to enhance data-driven decision-making
- Ensure ownership of the analytical tools delivered to the stakeholders
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure the flawless execution of data projects
- Manage the application portfolio of the function including operational excellence
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field or relevant certifications
- 5+ exposure to IT architecture and solutions for data flows among systems and applications
- 3+ business professional expertise (with relevant FMCG industry experience) in data analysis and insights generation
- Experience in delivering solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform with a special emphasis on data solutions and services
- Strong experience in project management, with a track record of successful execution
- Experience with budget management, contract management
- Delivery on Azure stuck (Databricks, Data Factory, Data Lake)
- Very good understanding of Azure PaaS management and resource monitoring
- CI/CD experience and DevOps
- Working knowledge of SQL and experience in Python/PySpark
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
