About the role

  • Provide expertise in application/process specialization to support daily operations
  • Responsible for resolution of minor and complex incidents & change/service requests
  • Maintain appropriate documentation on change requests and update knowledge base
  • Develop relationships with customers to understand their needs and deliver timely solutions
  • Assist in redesigning or adapting business processes to change requests

Requirements

  • University Degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years working experience supporting the IT stream of business applications within the MES, WMS area.
  • Demonstrated ownership and leadership in technical areas, coordinating efforts according to business needs
  • Preferably experienced in application support and manufacturing and engineering within a global and multicultural environment
  • Fluent English (written & spoken).
