About the role

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity initiatives such as risk remediation and compliance initiatives
  • Manage ServiceNow projects, including platform implementations and process optimization
  • Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
  • Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership
  • Ensure cybersecurity projects adhere to regulatory and compliance frameworks
  • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource plans

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Scrum Master, or hybrid delivery roles
  • Demonstrated experience managing cybersecurity and IT platform projects
  • Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
  • Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional environments
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, tools, and processes
  • Experience managing ServiceNow projects or platform enhancements
  • Familiarity with ITSM, SecOps, GRC, or enterprise service management platforms
  • Proficiency with Agile and project tools (Jira, Confluence)
