About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review engineering drawings and construction plans, coordinating closely with engineering teams to determine ROW and permitting needs.
- Identify and secure the necessary permits and easements from federal, state, county, city, and private landowners.
- Negotiate right-of-way acquisitions and other property interests to accommodate telecommunication operations.
- Serve as a liaison between clients, property owners, local agencies, and permitting entities.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions and documentation.
- Travel and a reliable vehicle are required.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in right-of-way acquisition for telecom and related infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of all aspects of ROW for telecommunications projects and a solid understanding of general regulatory and legal issues.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or GED.
- U.S. Citizenship or permanent resident status.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- High school diploma or GED required.
