About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the day-to-day operations of JSI initiatives, helping partners deploy the platform under their own brand.
  • Assist with partner onboarding, branding configurations, and account setup in coordination with internal technical teams.
  • Maintain partner records, onboarding trackers, and status reports; provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Help develop and refine onboarding guides, SOPs, and training materials as the program grows.
  • Support sales and marketing with demos, pitch materials, and proposals for prospective white-label partners.
  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and submitting regulatory filings on behalf of JSI clients, including FCC, state commission, and USF submissions.
  • Maintain filing calendars and deadline trackers across multiple clients and jurisdictions.
  • Research regulatory requirements and flag upcoming changes or compliance risks, escalating to senior staff as needed.
  • Help keep JSI Platform regulatory content — deadlines, requirement summaries, and jurisdiction updates — accurate and current.
  • Work collaboratively across the Regulatory Affairs, Product, Sales, Engineering, and Managed Services teams to keep shared workstreams on track.
  • Participate in team meetings and project updates, helping ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Use project management tools (Smartsheet, Teams, SharePoint) to track tasks and communicate progress.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience including internships.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Impeccable organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing tasks on time and on budget.
  • Comfortable navigating diverse teams and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong growth mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and commitment to continuous learning.
  • Some exposure to FCC filings, USF programs, or state commission compliance — through coursework, internships, or entry-level work.
  • Familiarity with the telecommunications or broadband industry.
  • Awareness of federal broadband funding programs (BEAD, RDOF, E-Rate, ReConnect) is a plus.
