About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee the field construction process
  • Coordinate subcontractor work in areas including framing, roofing, concrete, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
  • Responsible for quality, schedule, and performance for assigned trades/sections of the project
  • Conduct inspections, prepare punch lists, and ensure satisfactory completion
  • Schedule and inventory deliveries of materials
  • Coordinate trash dumpster deliveries and order rented equipment
  • Assess construction status to determine order of completion
  • Schedule third-party and city inspections
  • Maintain and enforce safety policies
  • Help prepare as-built information and maintain schedules

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • A Bachelor's degree in construction or a related field is preferred
  • 4-6 years of experience preferred
  • Minimum of five years of construction experience with at least three years of multi-family construction experience required
  • Must be familiar with multifamily construction procedures
  • Must have a good working knowledge of construction scheduling practices
  • Must be PC proficient.
