About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee the field construction process
Coordinate subcontractor work in areas including framing, roofing, concrete, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
Responsible for quality, schedule, and performance for assigned trades/sections of the project
Conduct inspections, prepare punch lists, and ensure satisfactory completion
Schedule and inventory deliveries of materials
Coordinate trash dumpster deliveries and order rented equipment
Assess construction status to determine order of completion
Schedule third-party and city inspections
Maintain and enforce safety policies
Help prepare as-built information and maintain schedules

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School diploma or equivalent
A Bachelor's degree in construction or a related field is preferred
4-6 years of experience preferred
Minimum of five years of construction experience with at least three years of multi-family construction experience required
Must be familiar with multifamily construction procedures
Must have a good working knowledge of construction scheduling practices
Must be PC proficient.
