About the role
- Assist in development of the database visualization models
- Edit and update internal database systems
- Identify library information and update the current systems
- Read and interpret government policy, regulations, and directives and applying those to required activities
- Lead and facilitate client meetings and exercises
- Identify strategies for automating and implementing efficient work management processes
- Map complex business processes and communicate processes solutions to the client
- Create project status briefings and reports
- Develop project artifacts including charters, agendas, minutes, and correspondence
- Identify risks to the trajectory of the project and develop risk mitigation strategies
- Identify issues and develop issues resolution/escalation strategies
- Participate in program management working sessions and support program managers in executing day-to-day project management activities.
Requirements
- At least two (2) years of experience (or one and a Masters)
- Experience with management consulting or IT project management preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, engineering or a related field
- Master's degree is a plus
- Preferred relevant experience in direct support of the Government Agencies
- Proficient in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Ability to conduct detailed research and analysis of technical data
- Ability to read and interpret acquisition policy, regulations, and directives
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work effectively independently and in team settings
- Proven ability to support multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously in a deadline driven process
- Experience in building and managing client relationships.
- Clearance: Clearable to secret or above.
