About the role
- Design and build levels for a word puzzle prototype in Unity, ensuring engaging and consistent gameplay
- Balance levels according to a defined difficulty progression, following the provided brief and references
- Work closely with the in-house designer, share progress frequently and iterate based on feedback
- Deliver project-based level design for iOS and Android puzzle platforms
- Collaborate with R&D team as an outsourced Level Designer
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as a Level Designer, specifically in casual or hyper-casual genres
- Basic understanding of game design principles
- Basic knowledge of Unity
- English B2
- A passion for puzzle games and hands-on experience with the genre (will be a plus)
- Basic programming skills (will be a plus)
- Experience with level analytics and conducting A/B tests to optimize game performance (will be a plus)
- Interest in various AI tools (will be a plus)
- Experience with google sheets (will be a plus)
