About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify client needs and propose improvements to their technology environments
- Assist with implementing customized solutions according to client requirements
- Support Microsoft 365 implementation projects for new clients
- Manage users, permissions, and settings within the Microsoft 365 platform
- Enable and manage audit logs in the Microsoft 365 environment
- Configure and administer SharePoint, including site creation and permission management
- Assist in configuring and managing policies in Microsoft Teams
- Configure multifactor authentication (MFA) and access recovery solutions
- Implement security policies in client environments
- Configure backup solutions
- Perform technical reviews of Microsoft 365 environments
- Create and update technical documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience administering Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of implementing, reviewing, and improving Microsoft 365 environments
- Knowledge of configuring security policies and backup solutions
- Ability to identify improvement opportunities in corporate environments
- Good communication skills and ability to understand client needs
- Punctual, committed, collaborative, and eager to learn
- Proactive in pursuing knowledge and keeping up with new technologies
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress)
- Microsoft certification is a plus
