About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Delivery Management
Organize and track squad requests
Ensure briefs are clear, structured, and actionable
Prioritize activities according to scope and SLA
Review deliverables before sending to the client
Reduce rework and increase process efficiency
Anticipate and escalate risks when necessary
Relationship Management
Act as the client's primary point of contact
Lead clear, concise, and professional communications
Continuously align expectations, timelines, and scope
Manage conflicts and critical situations
Work proactively to prevent churn
Commercial Account Management
Advocate for contract adjustments and renewals
Negotiate additional requests
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Ensure account profitability and healthy margins

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience managing marketing teams or working in agencies.
Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
Project management skills and ability to track results.
Organized, proactive, and strategically minded.
Availability to work 3 days on-site and 2 days hybrid (Recreio dos Bandeirantes, Rio de Janeiro - RJ)
