About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Delivery Management
  • Organize and track squad requests
  • Ensure briefs are clear, structured, and actionable
  • Prioritize activities according to scope and SLA
  • Review deliverables before sending to the client
  • Reduce rework and increase process efficiency
  • Anticipate and escalate risks when necessary
  • Relationship Management
  • Act as the client's primary point of contact
  • Lead clear, concise, and professional communications
  • Continuously align expectations, timelines, and scope
  • Manage conflicts and critical situations
  • Work proactively to prevent churn
  • Commercial Account Management
  • Advocate for contract adjustments and renewals
  • Negotiate additional requests
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Ensure account profitability and healthy margins

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience managing marketing teams or working in agencies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
  • Project management skills and ability to track results.
  • Organized, proactive, and strategically minded.
  • Availability to work 3 days on-site and 2 days hybrid (Recreio dos Bandeirantes, Rio de Janeiro - RJ)
