About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Delivery Management
- Organize and track squad requests
- Ensure briefs are clear, structured, and actionable
- Prioritize activities according to scope and SLA
- Review deliverables before sending to the client
- Reduce rework and increase process efficiency
- Anticipate and escalate risks when necessary
- Relationship Management
- Act as the client's primary point of contact
- Lead clear, concise, and professional communications
- Continuously align expectations, timelines, and scope
- Manage conflicts and critical situations
- Work proactively to prevent churn
- Commercial Account Management
- Advocate for contract adjustments and renewals
- Negotiate additional requests
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Ensure account profitability and healthy margins
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience managing marketing teams or working in agencies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
- Project management skills and ability to track results.
- Organized, proactive, and strategically minded.
- Availability to work 3 days on-site and 2 days hybrid (Recreio dos Bandeirantes, Rio de Janeiro - RJ)
