About the role
- You will be the right hand to our co-founders for Sales & Marketing — learning to build channels from scratch and running them hands-on.
- Be a strategic sparring partner: from ideation to implementation, you’ll help drive key company initiatives.
- Lead Sales & Marketing projects end-to-end, building and scaling channels one at a time (e.g., paid social, content, outbound, partnerships) — from initial tests to repeatable playbooks.
- Act as a brand architect: help shape a gifting experience and consumer brand like no other.
- Build AI-enabled processes and operations.
- Take creative ownership: from storytelling to visuals, your ideas and instincts matter.
- Help build the future of gifting using AI tools, design thinking, and relentless curiosity.
Requirements
- Extreme ownership and initiative: you thrive in ambiguity and turn chaos into clarity.
- Creative confidence: you can write a script, sketch a campaign, and create a Notion doc within the same hour.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility: you have an eye for what feels right and delights customers.
- AI-savvy: you explore tools that boost productivity — from content creation to automation.
- Experience in fast-paced environments (startups, agencies, or your own side hustle) is a major plus but not required.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
