About the role
- You will own and scale our B2B sales channel — growing it from a profitable base into a repeatable, team-driven growth engine.
- Take full ownership of our B2B sales channel, including strategy, execution, metrics and results.
- Scale what already works by turning a profitable channel into a predictable, repeatable sales machine.
- Build and document sales processes and playbooks across lead generation, outreach, pipeline management and closing.
- Be hands-on in sales with prospecting, pitching and closing while setting the standard for future hires.
- Lay the foundation for a growing sales team, including structure, KPIs, hiring profiles and onboarding.
- Use AI tools to automate, improve and scale outreach, follow-ups and reporting.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience in roles such as Account Executive, Sales Representative, Business Development Manager or SDR with closing responsibility.
- Proven track record of closing deals, meeting targets and handling objections.
- High ownership and self‑starter mentality with the ability to create structure in ambiguous environments.
- Outgoing, confident and people-oriented — you genuinely enjoy sales conversations.
- Cold outreach feels like a game to you; you enjoy researching, messaging and calling prospects.
- Active use of AI tools to work faster and smarter in sales.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
