Requirements

  • Very good German skills, both written and spoken, with clear and friendly communication
  • Some prior experience in customer support is a plus but not required
  • Reliable, structured, and detail-oriented working style
  • Motivated to take responsibility and think proactively in day-to-day tasks
  • Interest in improving processes and contributing your own ideas
