About the role
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and provide a fast, warm, and helpful experience
- Coordinate orders, returns, and special cases with our partners
- Identify recurring issues and help make processes smarter and more efficient
- Work closely with Product & Tech teams to continuously improve Joy_
Requirements
- Very good German skills, both written and spoken, with clear and friendly communication
- Some prior experience in customer support is a plus but not required
- Reliable, structured, and detail-oriented working style
- Motivated to take responsibility and think proactively in day-to-day tasks
- Interest in improving processes and contributing your own ideas
