Requirements

Demonstrated knowledge of the packaging industry preferred but not required
Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in industrial sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong technical aptitude
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools
Willingness to travel to customer sites, trade shows, and other events as needed
