About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify new business opportunities in the Woodworking, Construction, and Technical product sectors.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, builders, millwork companies, and manufacturing partners.
- Provide technical support and consultation to clients regarding product selection, application, and integration.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with customer needs and market trends.
- Utilize the company’s CRM tool to track, maintain accurate records, and manage sales activities.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote the company and generate leads.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an adhesive or technical sales role.
- Proven track record in the woodworking, construction, or building materials industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Be self-motivated and independent.
- Valid driver’s license in the State in which you reside.
- Bilingual is a plus
