About the role

  • Strategic and operational management of all sales activities in coordination with the Head of Sales
  • Development and implementation of sales strategies to open up new markets and customer segments
  • Responsibility for revenue and sales development
  • Analysis of market and competitive trends and definition of measures to drive business development
  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships at decision-maker level
  • Close collaboration with Product Management and Application Technology to implement the company strategy
  • Reporting on business development in your sales territory

Requirements

  • Successfully completed vocational training and/or a degree in a commercial or technical field
  • Ideally, several years of experience in the sales of adhesives or other technically demanding products in the wood, furniture, or packaging industries
  • A committed and reliable personality with a structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
  • Assertiveness and the ability to develop strategies for business development
  • An entrepreneurial mindset combined with a hands-on approach to implementing objectives
  • A strong understanding of organizational processes, excellent communication and negotiation skills, pronounced customer orientation, and the willingness to travel as required
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with SAP S/4HANA are advantageous
  • Your primary residence is located within the sales territory
