Operations Administrator – 12 month contract
Journey CapitalOperations Administrator managing administrative duties and client inquiries in a hybrid fintech environment. Ensuring accuracy in contract generation and customer service for SMB clients.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create and send contracts to clients in a timely manner.
- Create client accounts for our financial products in our systems.
- Handle customer service calls and cases, respond to client inquiries and, when necessary, coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
- Enter clients' daily sales into our system.
- Monitor processing connections for problematic clients.
- Generate, review, and validate reports with clients via email or phone.
- Follow up with the sales team for missing documents required for financing.
- Ensure the accuracy and compliance of data entered into our proprietary software.
- Monitor and update collateral information to ensure accuracy.
- Manage own workload and priorities so that transaction processing and related activities are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Archive and maintain incident management files related to inquiries, issues, service requests, or change requests in the system.
- Perform ad hoc tasks and respond to requests from the operations manager.
Requirements
What you’ll need- DEC or university degree is an asset.
- Customer service experience (at least 2 years).
- Strong technology proficiency.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize the daily workload.
- Ability to maintain strict discretion and protect the confidentiality of workplace information.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (French/English) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
