About the role
- Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to employees
- Work with leaders and manage HR operations
- Establish open, collaborative relationships with management, employees, and stakeholders
- Support actions in response to employee engagement surveys
- Deliver key projects for the benefit of our people
- Partner with talent acquisition for recruitment needs
- Coach and mentor people leaders
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and learning and development
Requirements
- Previous experience in an Operational HR environment
- Strong Employee Relations background
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
- Passion for tourism
- Experience managing day-to-day HR operations
- Strong organizational skills
- High level of energy, self-motivation, initiative, and attention to detail
- Friendly, flexible, and collaborative approach
