Performance Marketing

• Partner with the Head of Growth to turn business goals into GTM programs and measurable pipeline impact.
• Own full-funnel digital strategy: plan, execute, analyze, and iterate.
• Manage paid channels, lead scoring, and funnel optimization with our performance agency.
• Work closely with Sales and SDRs to improve handoffs, content, and ABM initiatives.
• Align messaging and programs across content, digital, and events to ensure brand consistency.
• Direct-manage our Events & Content Manager.
• Oversee external agency partners and freelancers.
• Help define future team needs as we scale.

Director of Growth, Demand Generation

• Report directly to the SVP, Sales & Consultant Relations.
• Identify and develop partnerships with benefits consultants at top houses.
• Manage partner relationships and serve as the main contact for partnership-related matters.
• Educate consultants on Journey’s products and capabilities while understanding their and their clients' needs.
• Serve as the liaison between internal teams and external consultants to foster strong partnerships, smooth collaboration, and aligned deliverables.
• Manage consultant deals, collaborate with the Sales Director, and lead RFP process for consultant-led opportunities.
• Track partnership performance, provide leadership insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• In partnership with the internal marketing team, design and execute outreach and nurture strategies to consultants.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align partnership initiatives with company goals.
• Stay informed on industry trends and represent Journey at relevant events to build and expand partnerships.
