About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage Supply Chain and Operations functions excluding production and purchasing
Lead and develop a high-performing Supply Chain team across Malaysia and Singapore
Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including planning, customer service, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and distribution
Drive product availability, service excellence, and optimal inventory levels
Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
Collaborate with stakeholders to align business and operational priorities
Monitor and improve KPIs related to service levels, forecast accuracy, inventory, logistics, and working capital
Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction
Manage logistics partners and service providers
Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements, company policies, and regulatory standards
Provide insights, analysis, and recommendations for business planning and decision-making
Manage budgets and identify opportunities to improve capacity, operational efficiency, HSE performance, and service levels
Report to the Operations Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, or Manufacturing environments
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders
Experience managing 3PL providers, suppliers, and logistics partners
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
