• Own and evolve security and compliance governance
• Define and maintain the security and compliance roadmap
• Establish and operate an internal control framework
• Shape security posture in collaboration with product, engineering, and operations
• Act as primary point of contact for regulatory authorities

• Øke stabilitet, tilgjengelighet og forutsigbarhet i on-prem plattformen.
• Jobbe med observability : alarmering, logging/metrics og forbedre signal-til-støy.
• Drive incident management : feilsøking, koordinering ved nedetid og forbedringer i etterkant (postmortems/tiltak).
• Automatisere og standardisere drift: patching, oppgraderinger og rutiner.
• Jobbe tett på bare metal/hardware : lifecycle, oppgraderinger og kapasitetsplanlegging.
• Bidra i og videreutvikle vaktordning.
