💰 $18 - $20 per hour
About the role
- Make outbound calls and emails to set appointments for Sales Representatives as assigned by Business Development Representatives and leaders
- Meet or exceed daily call quotas as assigned
- Qualify potential clients to ensure they have the authority to implement a solution
- Document all activity with prospects and customers in HubSpot
- Complete and schedule follow-up meetings with clients
- Act as the backup for main phone line calls as assigned
Requirements
- Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred
- Prior experience with CRM software is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Sets and surpasses goals
- Can multi-task and manage time effectively
- Can comfortably work in a fast-paced environment
