Sales Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and deliver the Benelux growth strategy across retail, e-commerce and distributor channels
- Drive sustainable growth through new product launches, category expansion and increased distribution
- Take full responsibility for P&L performance, optimising revenue and margin delivery
- Build and develop senior-level relationships with key partners including department stores
- Identify and unlock new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships
- Develop and execute joint business plans with key accounts
- Drive best-in-class in-store execution and trade marketing initiatives
- Provide market and consumer insights to influence product development at HQ
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in London
- Continuously improve processes to drive efficiency and scalability
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven track record of delivering commercial growth within a premium consumer goods or retail environment
- Strong experience managing P&L including revenue, margin and cost control
- Strong understanding of the Benelux retail landscape and key accounts
- Experience across multiple channels including retail, e-commerce and distributors
- Excellent commercial, negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong analytical skills including forecasting and planning
- Ability to build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships
- Highly autonomous, entrepreneurial and results-driven
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English and Dutch (Belgian and/or French advantageous)
