About the role
- Lead and oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, revenue recognition, accounts payable/receivable, and consolidations.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, including SaaS-specific revenue recognition standards (ASC 606).
- Own the month-end and year-end close processes to deliver accurate and timely financial
- Improve accounting processes and establish scalable workflows to support the company’s
- Manage and optimize the NetSuite ERP system, driving automation, accuracy, and process
- Partner with finance to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance
- Develop and maintain strong internal controls, policies, and procedures in line with best
- Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and other compliance
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and development for accounting
- Collaborate with executive leadership to provide strategic financial insights and support business growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or business administration (required)
- CPA designation (strongly preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in an accounting leadership
- Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SaaS revenue recognition (ASC 606)
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP
- Prior experience in healthcare, SaaS, or technology
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to influence across
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA
