Develop & Implement: Design software solutions supporting RPA, AI, and healthcare automation.
Code Quality: Write clean, testable, and maintainable code, primarily in Python.
Integrate: Connect AI/ML models, APIs, and healthcare data systems (FHIR, HL7, EDI).
Collaborate: Partner with the team to define technical requirements and architecture.
Test & Deploy: Conduct unit/integration testing and support deployment via CI/CD and containerization.
Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to industry standards, including HIPAA and HITRUST.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of professional software development experience.
Proficiency in Python, RPA, AI/ML frameworks, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Experience with healthcare APIs or interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, EDI).
Must be legally authorized to work in the USA (No C2C, No Visa Sponsorship).
Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines preferred.
Exposure to NLP, anomaly detection, or predictive modeling preferred.
Background in healthcare automation or RCM systems preferred.
