About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to acquire new pharmaceutical, OTC, and pharmacy partners — including proactive outreach, pitching, and closing
  • Advise clients on marketplace and retail media solutions and prepare tailored proposals across the entire sales funnel
  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical sector, pharmacy groups, and individual pharmacies, and continuously develop existing accounts
  • Analyze market and competitive developments to identify new business opportunities and to strategically evolve our offering

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector — ideally with existing contacts and experience in retail media or digital platforms
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Hunter mentality, confident presence, and strong communication skills in German and English
  • Analytical skills to assess market opportunities and business risks
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English
