Business Development Manager
JoomBusiness Development Manager at Onfy, a German pharmacy marketplace focused on health solutions. Responsible for developing sales strategies and maintaining relationships with pharmacy partners in Germany.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to acquire new pharmaceutical, OTC, and pharmacy partners — including proactive outreach, pitching, and closing
- Advise clients on marketplace and retail media solutions and prepare tailored proposals across the entire sales funnel
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical sector, pharmacy groups, and individual pharmacies, and continuously develop existing accounts
- Analyze market and competitive developments to identify new business opportunities and to strategically evolve our offering
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector — ideally with existing contacts and experience in retail media or digital platforms
- Proven track record in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Hunter mentality, confident presence, and strong communication skills in German and English
- Analytical skills to assess market opportunities and business risks
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English
