Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in outbound pre-sales or B2B outreach
  • Fluent Portuguese
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Proactivity in lead engagement
  • Smart, people-oriented approach to business development
  • Ability to maintain high performance in a high-volume outreach environment
  • Proficiency with the CRM systems (preferably, Hubspot)
