About the role
- Execute cold calling and multi-channel outreach campaigns to engage potential clients
- Conduct initial discovery calls to qualify leads
- Identify pain points and assess fit for our solutions
- Do the research and "mapping" to identify key decision-makers
- Confidently navigate objections and turn skeptical prospects into interested leads
Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven experience in outbound pre-sales or B2B outreach
- Fluent Portuguese
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Proactivity in lead engagement
- Smart, people-oriented approach to business development
- Ability to maintain high performance in a high-volume outreach environment
- Proficiency with the CRM systems (preferably, Hubspot)
